An open-air museum of aircraft and air force history at the Air Force Academy in Gangshan.

History

Gangshan, once called A-kong-tien, was renamed Okayama in 1920 and became the site of an air base under Japanese rule. The air base and the Air Force Academy are still here. The museum building was completed in 1987, and its three-hectare grounds display aircraft, weapons and archives.
