This Nanzih dumpling shop opens late and steams pork or beef dumplings. Have them with a bowl of clear beef soup.

Pork or beef steamed dumplings
Wrapped and steamed to order. The beef filling is the more fragrant and juicy of the two.

Vegetable steamed dumplings
A slightly thick wrapper around shredded wood ear, bok choy, glass noodles and dried tofu. Michelin rates these highest. They may contain egg, so they are not strictly vegan.
