Pork heart and other offal in clear soup with glass noodles is what people come to this Cishan old-town favourite for. The braised pork rice with a fried egg is the other order.
Outside the city, so it isn't included in the day planner. It's a stop on Cishan and Meinong by Bus, which explains how to get there.
What to order
豬心冬粉
Pork heart glass-noodle soup
The shop is named after this dish: sliced pork heart cooked until just firm, in bone broth with glass noodles that soak up the soup.

Braised pork rice with fried egg
Unlike most versions, the pork sauce here is made from lean meat only. It comes under a soft fried egg, so break the yolk and stir it through the rice.
